hello doctor breslin, i have been suffering from this problem where everytime i make macoroni and cheese i orgasm. I become completly aroused and just come there and then. Its quite embarrasing as its my fav dish and i make it quite often. in fact i eat it so much that my boyfriend it useless. macoroni is like an edible vibrator to me.
