as a band we have been very quiet on the forum. we in truth have been working so hard getting the album right that we have had little time to chat to ye dudes and dudettes on the forum. we are very sorry for that. the reason the forum has been quiet is that we have not been gigging due to the work on album. we as a band have been really keeping a low profile but believe me it wont be for long. just finished recording our second single which we hope will be out in feb. i promise ye all it wont let ye down. we could not imagine how well its turned out. with that we will be doing a substantial irish tour to promote it and that when the forum will go nuts again. we purposely pulled back on gigs and stuff to make this album to the best of our ability.
in saying that, our monday nite whelans gig is very important for us. not only to we get to roadtest some new material for our album we also get to play in our fav venue with our fav crowd in ireland. we promise to give it socks so bring aunties, dogs, grannies, dead relatives cats, mums dads etc.. we will give them a rocking nite.

It takes quite a while I'll have you know its not as simple as going into a studio and turning on the tape recorder. It takes ages to set down the different tracks with different instrumentals
Good things come to those who wait. Patience is not only a virtue, it is also the companion of wisdom. What I am trying to say is be patient you can’t rush perfection.
we could just record a ****e demo with ****e quality and hand it out to ye but unfortunately as guardian angel pointed out its ahell of alot more complicated. never mind the time it takes but in order to produce a top class album or single you need top class dough and you also have to find the producer you are happiest with(ie a producer who is into the material and also able to make it sound great). we think we have found this guy and we are in the process of mixing our second single. alot of bands in ireland make the mistake that they are ready to record an album when in truth its an extremly difficult job and we have the utmost respect for any band who makes a good album. we tried to make one too early in our career and it showed. however after alot of work i think we are ready now and we will be starting the process first thing in the new year.
sorry if ye think we are stalling. we really are'nt. we are just not making the same expensive mistake twice. we are now just ready to undertake an album and believe me it will be worth waiting for. the second single is due for realease in feb.

As for the gig in Whelans last night it was SAVAGE!!!! Had an amazing time, brought along one of my guy mates who was soooo impressed that now he loves u almost as much as i do and reckons he can hear a bit of Pixies and Green Day in you which coming from him is a huge compliment!!!!!!!!! Thanks again, and don't be a stranger in Whelans...im sure u could fit in an ickle gig in the new year for us loyal fans!!!!!!!!!
