Well its their website, why cant they post the odd time? I know they are busy but surely they could let us know how they are getting on or update the website in some way. I agree that the message board is dying but I'd say it will pick up when the guys start gigging again.

i seem to be the only person of late that's posting anything.

Listen Girl; you may be right, but they cannot afford to take time out of writing. they work extremely hard, you know.

we as fans should be posting regularly about things like new photos they've got or sightings.

well i've seen three of the lads out of blizz work. i saw justin walking from danny byrnes once. i saw lynchy at the train station saying goodbye to either his girlfriend or his sister (you can clarify that one lynchy). and just a few days into the new year i spotted brez walking round the corner at hughes pub.

it's up to us fans to keep posting regularly on the forum, while they're busy writing, just so they know we care.

You seem to have completely missed my point, either that or you've just decided to remain dumb to the whole thing. My point was that you're not the only one posting, don't you agree? just look through the forum, yes your name appears often, but so do many others!!

In another thread started by 'cork=rock' you told her we had to keep the forum blizzard orientated. Well when there's nothing else to talk about (as in the lads haven't had a gig for a while and all that) what's the harm in talking about other non related stuff? A bit of banter never killed anyone!! Personally i find it much more interesting to read about random things than to read every second thread....started by you....about how "interesting" you are and how boring the rest of us come across.

As I have said, I have no problem with you posting about the forum being quiet and trying to liven things up a bit, in fact i admire your dedication to the matter, my problem is with you critiscing others. Thank you Pothead, I was beginning to lose my mind there. Anything anyone says on this forum is contradicted in some way by blizzchick.

As for the stalker-like attitude you are developing blizzchick, its not really doing anything for this forum. How the hell do you reply to something like "I saw Brez on Hughes corner", its not exactly converstional stuff. I've seen the guys a million times, doesnt mean I have to tell the world about it. They play in Dannys in Mullingar all the time...

Also, you presume to know what they are doing "cannot afford to take time out of writing", how do you know?? As i said before, I realise that they are busy and I can't imagine the kind of pressure they are under at the minute.

So I'm all for talking about the blizzards and also anything else anyone wants to talk about...

That may have been the most annoying thing you've written so far. "Well that's for me to know" bla bla bla, whatever. That's so childish blizz_chick, it belongs on the playground with "I know something you don't know nanananana." I'm beginning to think that the synic was closer to the truth than i originally thought.

Now I would like to inform you of a little thing called 'common decency.' Annoying other people and trying to get under their skin (which you are obviously trying to do, while attempting to big up yourself by informing us of your mysterious blizzards knowledge, which we have yet to witness), is far from common decency.

Also, putting things in writing doesn't make them true. I am referring to when you stated:

Well actually, it's yours too. I presume you don't wish to be known as a deuche bag because you said there was no need to call you one. Well in that case, maybe you should read up about common decency and try to apply it to your everyday life. The Blizzards forum might be a nice launch pad for your new found knowledge of common decency and appreciation of others.

Yes there is a serious amount of frustration buiding up and yes you guys need to put out, I mean put out some music,before we loose interest in fighting with each other on this site. Anyway, for what it's worth, I'm with Gaurdian Angel here. I feel the momentum behind The Blizzards evaporated with the disappearance of the summer sun. I feel strongly that the band spectacularly missed a golden opportunity in the summer when they should've put something - anything - out in the wake of the press surounding their Oxygen appearance and their V gig. It was criminal that they didn't back that valuable coverage up with the release of a single. Even a rough-edged single, or an EP to do the rounds of the radio stations. It's a classic mistake by Irish bands really: Build up a reputation, then think that reputation will be there when you emerge from the studio a year later. Invariably it never is and sad as it is, the silence here and lack of imput by anyone apart from the people arguing signals a severe lack of interest in the band.

When is there something coming out? Or even a gig?
